Development of the tender evaluation system based on department performance

The key of tender system is assessment of solutions. The assessment is organized and implemented usually by the tender department and the tender performance forms its integral performance. Tender evaluation system is based on this feature in its functions and data processes. It´s developed in MS SQL server and PB environment and run on the LAN. It supports multi-stage selecting experts and export of performance reports.
