Abstract :
Information organization has both the function of sorting and the base of knowledge generation. It is the basis of people´s ability to engage in innovation. So training of information organizational ability is of important significant. This paper uses the inductive method to put forward that searching and sorting should be the basic ability of information organization, then training the ability of information innovation that include information analysis, information´s increasing and decreasing, information conversion, information transformation, and so on. These methods are investigated in this paper. Training of information organization and information innovative ability has popular and lifetime features.
