  • Abstract
    This paper studies an fast calculating method of IGBT, then introduces several different PWM techniques in converters. It further compared the MVA rated three-phase IGBT converter´s loss rates under different PWM means. Based on the lowest power loss, it presents the most desirable PWM method.
