Abstract
We used a combination of nonlinearly chirped fiber Bragg gratings to demonstrate for the first time to our knowledge, second- and third-order dispersion compensation for 1.6-ps and 3.5-ps pulses transmitted over a 66-km-long-shifted fiber around the zero-dispersion wavelength.
