Abstract :
The power electronic transformer is applied in various industrial fields instead of conventional transformer for its flexible voltage transfer ratio, high power density, low harmonic distortion and so on. In recent years, a variety of circuit topologies and control strategies of power electronic transformer used in different occasions are proposed. This paper present the analysis and compare of the current topologies of PET, then outlook the future development trend, can be as a technical reference for the research of the higher performance PET.
