Research on the integrated normalization of developing the CIS based on knowledge management

For effectively controlling the quality about competitive intelligence system development, analyze the normalization theory on the developing competitive intelligence system. Based on CMM, propose an integrated normalization model of enterprise CIS development (CIS-CMM) from the horizontal chain, and have a deconstruction about the model, then discuss its structure, content and implementation scheme, finally dedicate to control and regulate the development process of competitive intelligence system flexibly, further, optimize the performance of the system.
