Abstract :
There is lack of a scientific evaluating system about quality evaluation of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation graduates currently. In order to evaluate the quality of the graduates correctly, according to the talents training objective and characteristics of the subject, an index system for the quality evaluation of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation graduates was established according to the Experts´ Consult Delphi in this study. The weighting coefficient of each index was decided by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This job provides not only the reference for employers to employ graduates, but also the foundation for colleges to complete the training pattern of talents.
