Abstract :
The paper proposed a system schematic of dual pressure low temperature waste heat power generation for dry-process cement production. The choice principles and limit of coupling thermal parameters are discussed thoroughly. The performance characteristic of the dual pressure generation system under given exhaust gas conditions of 5000t/d cement production line is acquired. The results show that we can gain more than 10MW power output and 24.5% total thermal efficiency with proper choice of thermal parameters.
