Abstract
This paper offers a method for synchronization of a class of chaotic systems which hold mild assumptions concerning the structure of the drive and response models. The proposed scheme allows different controllers to be constructed via Takagi-Sugeno representations of the closed-loop error model. Thus, controller gains can be found through linear matrix inequalities which are efficiently solved via convex optimization techniques. Examples are provided to illustrate the aforementioned contributions as well as to contrast them with recent results on the same subject.
