Abstract :
Based on the model of 55/19B Steam Generator (SG) in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, the original mathematical model of rising section of the SG has been improved , which combined with a nonlinear equation of water level. The simulation of steady and transient state of the SG integral model is carried out by Matlab/Simulink. The results at three loads (100%, 70% and 30%) show that the errors of SG main parameters are all less than 3%, which verifies the accuracy of the model. Meanwhile, the phenomena of "false water level" in the SG is described correctly at 10% step reduction of coolant flow rate in primary side and 5% step increase of steam consumption respectively. The effects of the above two disturbances on the dynamic characteristics of the SG water level is analyzed. The results show that the improved model can be used to analyze and predict accurately the dynamics characteristic of the SG water level.
