Abstract :
On the basis of the present synchronization adjustment and control of high voltage circuit breaker, the paper puts forward a PLC-based method of high voltage circuit breaker switching in and off time test and adjustment. And the application of artificial neural net aims to achieve intelligent control. This method improves synchronization of high voltage circuit breaker and has the virtue of high reliability and easy adjustment and control.
