Abstract :
Based on the fact of a Line output transformer workshop,aimed at the questions such as the roundabout logistics, the unreasonable layout of the production sectors and the low utilization of some processes,etc,this paper applied the process analysis and simulation technology of Flexsim to do some analysis and optimization. The major work is as follows: First of all, the process of production logistics system in the workshop was analyzed and a system model was set up; Secondly, all the collected raw data was analyzed by statistical method, then the bottlenecks were found out by modeling and simulation with Flexsim; Thirdly, the process and layout of the workshop was analyzed and optimized by the process analysis method. Then the better production logistics system was provided. Finally, the new system was analyzed and evaluated synthetically. It was evident that using simulation methods to optimize the production logistics system can enhance many objects of the system. The methods of this research have a practical reference and guide to the design and improvement of manufacturing production logistics system.
