Abstract :
Oscillator schematics which used single transistor circuit is proposed and design based on negative resistance concept. Symbolic input and output impedance of the propose schematic are derived. Even-though, its input and output resistance is not negative, the adaptive impedance matching network will be proposed to make input and output impedance of any circuits to have negative resistance.
