Abstract :
Reverse logistics can improve customer loyalty, increase service investment and enhance consumer confidence in products. By studying the reverse logistics in e-commerce, and then proposed a new returned reverse logistics model which adopts the optimal return price strategy to establish and high-efficient management information system of reverse logistics. It takes the advantage of the concept of supply chain management for the purpose of improving the management level and service quality to perfect product quality so as to reduce the return goods which are transported into reverse logistics. In addition, this paper holds that customer loyalty can be enhanced with the help of reverse logistics to build up customer´ confidence in products the commercial enterprises have supplied. However, this paper focuses that only by establishing high-efficient management information system of reverse logistics and adopting the optimal return price strategy can the enterprises get an advantage in market competition and new space of profit.
