Abstract
This paper presents an intelligent online monitoring system for business enterprise applications based on grid computing overlay to improve QoS, performance, fidelity, and reliability of the system. This paper starts by describing a grid-based architectural model for financial application services, which is underpinned by a proposed sensor and actuator framework to provide context, governance and self awareness capabilities to ensure self management behaviour of the system. In particular, load monitoring of users account services is used in this paper illustrating and detailing the proposed architecture. The paper concludes with an evaluation and general concluding remarks
