Abstract :
System experiments of a fully integrated millimetric single-side-band lightwave source are reported. Complex modulation schemes (64 QAM) are transmitted on 38-GHz carrier with very clear constellation and good bit error rate. Four-carrier transmission is also demonstrated with low penalty.
