Abstract :
A numerical study to a pulverized coal burner of low load with non-premixed combustion model has been made to examine the flow field and recirculation zone in cold and thermal states with three different blocking rates of bluff body. The simulation of blocking rates of bluff body with 1.070 has the biggest recirculation velocity. The simulations of thermal state show that bluff body has some kind of function to the production of the recirculation.
