Abstract :
This paper presents a methodology to find an optimal reconfiguration of power systems to reduce voltage sag indexes. A Tabu Search algorithm is implemented to reconfigure the power systems. The proposed algorithm is implemented in Matlab®. Several case studies in IEEE-57 bus test system are presented showing the performance of the proposed methodology.
