Abstract :
Combining coordinate with attributes, we can define three Manhattan spatial distance measurements. And ACA-Cluster based on one of the definitions is realized by Matlab7.0 programming. In this way, the result can avoid the objects of the same cluster appearing on non-adjacent spatial positions, meanwhile, reflect the spatial distribution. So the cities of Shandong Province are clustered effectively and objectively according to eco-environment index.
