Abstract :
Cell planning is main problem in the cellular mobile communications. Traffic and coverage analysis are more important steps in the procedure of cell planning. An algorithm is developed and proposed for TDMA-FDMA mobile cellular communication system. Cell planning is calculated for urban, suburban, and rural environments. The developed algorithm can be used in the design of cellular mobile communication system
