Abstract :
In order to reuse mechanism model of thermodynamic equipment in power plant simulator and decrease the dependence on personpsilas experience during the modeling and parameter optimization, a novel integrated and intelligent model structure was put forward based on the feedback theory in automatic control principle. The mathematics modeling process was compared with closed loop control system, their same characters were analyzed. Mathematics modeling was regard as a broad control process. The feedback theory and artificial intelligence(GA)were taken into the modeling and simulation, an integrated and intelligent model structure for thermodynamic equipment (IIMS) was presented. IIMS was validated and verified with dynamic model of tubular exchanger as an example. Simulation result showed that, the IIMS partly realized the automatic model modification according to simulation result, decreased the workload in modeling and parameter optimization, and improved the model reuse. This method is general frame and easy to use for mechanism model.
