Abstract :
It is important to evaluate the battlefield electromagnetic environment effects effectively and accurately, while the electromagnetic environment is turning to be more complex. According to the principles of systems science and methodology from qualitative to quantitative, a new evaluation method based on the Grey Analytical Hierarchy Process is proposed in this paper. The novel method applies Analytical Hierarchy Process to model the structure of electromagnetic environment effects, generalized expert system to grade target weight, and Grey Theory to calculate comprehensive evaluation. The simulation results of a typical example have shown the validity of the proposed method and the feasibility of applying meta-synthesis to solve the problems in electromagnetic domain.
