Abstract
For two overlapped pulse signals passing by a low-pass filter, the most previous algorithms perform well to resolve them in time domain by assuming that the signals are sampled synchronously, but fail to resolve two non-synchronous counterparts. In this paper, we propose a target detection algorithm which can resolve the general types of non-synchronously sampled pulse signals and estimate their true times, amplitudes and phases. Our algorithm estimates each non-synchronous sampling signal´s time, amplitude and phase via Taylor series expansion. Then, combining with the CLEAN algorithm, the overlapped pulse signal parameters are estimated one by one through iteration method. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The proposed method can be easily extended to more over-lapped signals.
