Abstract
To benefit the parallel current balancing, a novel digital control strategy, i.e., the current following control, is put forward. A current following control based Buck DC-DC converter-group is described. The main controller collect the output voltage and the output current in the real time, based on which, the desired output current for each Buck DC-DC converter is worked out and transferred to the corresponding sub-controller. The sub-controller regulates the output current of the converter to the desired value by using the current following control. Experiment and simulation results are given showing the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
