Abstract :
The data flow of video signal are largest in all kinds of data that are transmitted on the control network in coal mine scene, and the video signal also has the most prominent influence on real-time and reliability of network. 100 M mine integrated automatization network, which is established by adopting Ethernet technology, did not connect or transmit multimedia date parallelly considering time delay effect. On the basis of building the model of mine integrated automatization network, the transmission performance of 100 M and 1000 M industrial Ethernet when they connected video load were simulated by the method of loading data flow, which is approximative with the date flow of mine scene, and compared and analyzed the simulation results of some key parameters of network performance, such as network load, average time delay of Ethernet, average time delay of application programs, and the results show that 1000 M industrial Ethernet could satisfy the demand of mine integrated automatization network much better.
