Abstract :
The recovery of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) has been becoming a major problem due to its environment hazards and public health. Reverse logistics network is a powerful approach. How to minimize the total recycle cost is of great importance for enterprises to win the customers. In this paper, we formulate a mathematical model of remanufacturing system as two stage logistics network. Genetic algorithm (GA) was applied to get the optimal sit of collection centers, disassembly centers, returning centers and the optimal path of shipment. It is proposed with priority-based encoding method combined a position-based crossover by topological sort. The experiment results show that our proposed method is effective.
