Abstract :
The problem of energy consumption of the air conditioning is an important element which restricts the development of the communication enterprise. In this research, a new kind of air heat exchanger that can work instead of air conditioning intermittently is developed. The adaptability for various regions of this system has been analyzed in the article. The results showed that this system is suitable to most of the regions in china, the system can be used for 1 / 3 of one year time at least, the energy conservation benefit of the system is remarkable, and energy saving rate reaches more than 20%.
