Abstract :
The hardware platform of crane training simulator based on CAVE is introduced. The application of multi-channel stereo display technology in the visual system is presented. The structure of the simulation system based on passive stereo display technology is analyzed. A correction method for solving the problem of incorrect stereo parallax due to inaccurate setting of projectors is proposed. By calibrating the geometry of right and left eye-images respectively, seamless joining is implemented in multi-channel stereo display system of CAVE. Finally, according to Lagrange equation, four degrees of freedom mathematical model of the Crane Spreader Motion is built in the generalized coordinates system.
