Abstract :
The circuit and corresponding steady state vectors´ relationship of single-phase PWM rectifier using IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors) is analyzed, and the mathematic model and controller structure are presented, the PI regulators of the current and voltage loops are designed respectively. The method based on the Matlab/Simulink Blocks is used to carry out the simulation for the control system. The results of simulation and experiments show that both the PI adjustors can well satisfy the steady and dynamic demands of the control system for the rectifier.
