Abstract
This paper present a method for transmission cost allocation in deregulated power systems. This method is on base of power flow. Power flow is a usage is a main stage in all of the methods of transmission cost allocation in power systems. The proposed method can be allocate active power to system busses or to another word define the share of usage each bus in a transmission from a bus to another bus. At the first, the proposed method tested in a 4-bus power system and the result difference with obtained result from other methods in same system. In this stage obtained results is satisfactory. Then has been tested in a case study IEEE 24-bus RTS system is used to illustrate the working for this method. The transmission allocation obtained is reasonable.
