Abstract
The method of water pressure measuring permeability of concrete has a long test cycle, low efficiency, and doesn´t apply to low permeability of concrete. The method based on electricity can overcome these shortcomings. This paper puts forward the method of streaming potential coefficient to measure the permeability of concrete, which is reasonable according to the good relativity of permeability and streaming potential coefficient. A design of holder system is provided and the electromagnetic field of concrete sample in the holder system is analyzed by means of Stern model.
