Abstract :
Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of irrigation district information management, the principle of work flow technology was introduced and the design of irrigation district management information system framework based on workflow technology was proposed. According to the specifications of work flow management system reference model, the Irrigation district management information system model was established. Finally, according to work flow management system reference model specifications, the advantages of workflow applied in the information construction of Irrigation district were proposed.
