Abstract
Water pollution has posed great intimidation to the health of human beings. So it turns to be necessary to remove organic chemical before discharged. There are four phases in the progress of wastewater treatment: programming, design, construction and run. This paper only does research on the first phase-programming . The paper gives birth to control schemes by way of environmental system analysis. Above all, we get cost function of each wastewater treatment plant through experience formula. Afterwards, cutting amount of each plant under different BOD constraints value is obtained by utilizing Dobbins-Camp BOD-DO model. Linear programming model is gained from nonlinearity cost model via linearization theory. And then this optimization pattern is solved by means of using a function Linprog in MATLAB. Calculating removal rate and foundation on which process selection and design are based come next. At last, cost of the whole programming and the expense percentage each wastewater treatment plant takes up are given out to set base to capital distributionThis electronic document is a ¿live¿ template. The various components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document.
