  • Abstract
    Existing heating system of hot press mould was analyzed to state its defects existing in production. On this basis, feasibility of improved scheme was introduced. Heating processes for improved and unimproved heating system were simulated with the application of MSC.Marc software. Temperature fields of mould were obtained. The results show that heating device with inner electrical iron cores can decrease heat loss, cut down preheating time, improve security of heating system and improve working environment, bringing more benefits to enterprises.
