Abstract :
Narrowband, active monolithic-microwave-integrated-circuit (MMIC) filters at X-band are discussed. Results for both bandpass and notch circuits fabricated using standard GaAs MESFET processes are presented. A novel master-slave control circuit provides compensation for fluctuations in the fabrication process and operating temperature, and it enables the filter to accurately track a reference signal.<>
