Abstract :
In this paper, a look-up table with amplitude scaling technique based on the data predistorter with memory is developed and investigated to address the problem of predistorter design in power controlled mode quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) systems. The choice of the best generator look-up table is independent of the operating point optimality measures but depends upon the range of operating points. This technique is shown to be able to achieve relatively good performance at each operating point with low memory size and simple implementation
