2013 ICCCI is the third in the series and we desire lot of pride and satisfaction in organising the same.As a testimony and our commitment to the cause, 2013 ICCCI is technically sponsored by IEEE and financially sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research. Eminent personalities from Academia, Industry and Research institutions are going to share their valuable expertise which will be a value addition.All the papers were refered to experts in the concerned field and modified by the authors as per their guidance.
