Abstract
Since capacities of microgrid in large-scale enterprises are small, as well as power electronic interfaces are used between micro sources and microgrid, microgrid operation is more easily affected by harmonics. An electroplate factory has been chosen as the research object in this paper to analyze the main sources of harmonics in microgrid, which includes non-linear loads of microgrid, power electronic interfaces of micro sources and harmonics penetration from distribution system. A microgrid model is constructed with PSCAD, and frequency scanning method is used to estimate the possibility of parallel resonance in the electroplate factory.
