Abstract :
This paper proposes a simple, effective and feasible Electronic voting plan with the Blind signature technology, so as to insure the privacy and fairness of the voting, and adds a supervision mechanism to make the voting mechanism more close to the real voting, improving the efficiency of voting process, and setting up a mutual dependence among all the voting agencies to restrict voting irregularities. At the same time, the new plan has solved several problems such as synchronization and abstention of voters, and collision of the votes, and so on.
