Abstract :
The general packet radio service (GPRS) is a new GSM feature which will provide high bit rate data access to the user end. The integration of GSM and satellite networks will play a major role in future personal communications. In this paper, the GPRS RLC/MAC protocol is tested under different conditions in a MEO satellite environment
