Abstract :
Composable simulation is one of the most important trends in simulation community, in which semantic composibility is the essence. Currently, there are not any applicable approaches for semantic specification of simulation components. In this paper, ontology theory and feature models are introduced. The semantic models of simulation components consist of conception space, definition space and contest space. The meta-models of conception and definition spaces are built based on feature ontology. Mapping algorithms from conception to definition spaces are designed. Semi-autonomic generation of definition space can be implemented to a certain degree.
