Abstract :
Data and media images are transferred into an autonomous decentralized system, include audio and video information, and so on. Most images are irregular, and it is very difficult to describe them with definite forms, the characteristics of them are difficult to determine too. Because of this, it is difficult to identify them with computers. The results of this paper show that the quality analysis of them can be carried out by shape description factor, and by fuzzy rule reasoning. As a result, their automatic identification are also feasible.
