Abstract :
Peoplepsilas awareness of the dangers of process system is a continuously deepened, improving and enhancing process. Human understanding of the causes of dangerous incidents experienced of three historical stages, such as a single incident of attribution, attribution of unity figures attributed to the system. The massive process system danger recognition and the safety evaluation practice make the people to realize that the system promulgates the hazard ldquoscenariordquo is thoroughly the analysis and the solution security problem foundation and the central content, or is the central content of safety evaluation and the failure diagnosis. Recognition about the hazard scenariopsilas understanding is a process, which from the shallow to the deep from the simplicity to complex. The author has carried on the science classification to the process systempsilas hazard scenario. Summarized in the classified foundation has used SDG method recognition simple scenario and the complex scenario implementation step. The basic purpose of Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) is recognition of hazard scenario. A hazard scenario is constituted by an antithesis of credible unusual reason with the adverse consequences and certain middle event sequence. Abnormal reasons can be further classified into three types, direct reason, related reason, and root reason. When SDG method is use to analyze process hazards during HAZOP analysis and hazards identification, scientifically categorizing scenario can be attributed to the inherent process characters deeply. Based on the study of scientifically categorizing scenario, this paper offers the calculation method and procedures of the intelligent self-explain alarm, root causes diagnosis of one fault and multiple faults for the continuous process. It is very useful for the research and implementation of continuous processespsila online fault diagnosis.
