Abstract :
In this paper, one dynamic configurable channel (DCC) algorithm was proposed to conform the need of realtime and dynamic bus channel allocation of CAN bus. The channel configuration of CAN bus was dynamic changeable at system runtime in this algorithm. A backend channel configuration database (CCD) for dynamic channel mapping was presented to ensure the requirement of bus allocation at runtime. Bus allocation algorithm mainly use this database to schedule all of the node in certain CAN bus system. In the project´s research and execute phases, the algorithm was properly support the system´s need. Experiment result shows this algorithm was suitable for the electric vehicle project. The use of this algorithm in the project shortend the research and development time as expected.
