  • Abstract
    In this paper, we use uniaxial micro accelerometers to make an autocalibration for MEMS accelerometer. The uniaxial micro accelerometers is more common in our social life and also has higher resolution than triaxial micro accelerometer. We try to propose a more common and also more accurate method by borrowing ideas from Iuri Frosio, Federico Pedersini, and N. Alberto Borghese and apply it to a system composed by 3 uniaxial micro accelerometers. Taking triaxial table as a reference, then, comparing both calibration results obtained by the traditional 6-parameter method and new 12-parameter method with the true values. Test results show that the measuring accuracy obtained by new 12-parameter calibration method is higher than that obtained by the traditional 6-parameter calibration methods.
