Abstract :
A real-time scene driving approach based on dual engine of Open Inventor is presented in this paper, aiming at the problem that complex full digital simulation systems´ 3D models need be driven by real-time sampling data or the computing results of numerical models. One-shot engine and calculator engine of Open Inventor are constituted together as engine connecting chain in the environment of VC++. In this way, pulse-type signal can be transformed into SoMFFloat type output, and the movement trajectory of 3D model can be computed by the expression of calculator engine. Therefore, the problem of real-time numerical driven is solved by using this dual-engine to control the change of Shape node parameters and trajectory of 3D model. This method is successful applied in the cz-3 launch vehicle all digital simulation system to achieve scene driven by real time sampling data from launch vehicle tests.
