Abstract :
In order to satisfy the chamber pressure testing requirements of small and medium caliber artillery, the miniature internal electronic pressure gauge is designed, which adopted low power technology and miniaturization technology and storage testing technology. This paper describes the working principle and the hardware design process of the gauge, and introduces the work state of the gauge. The gauge is an intelligent pressure sensor system; it takes the MSP430 family MCU as the control centre. The gauge has self-test function, and with intelligence in a certain degree. The gauge is powered by battery, low power consumption, easy to use, high precision, and high reliability and can be reused. The testing datum shows that the reliability and test precision of the miniature internal pressure gauge that have been calibrated satisfy the test requirements. Accurate and reliable test data provides the important basis for assessing artillery, gunpowder device and ballistic performance.
