Abstract :
Based on the traditional method which only considered inertia force and boundary contact force upon PM motor´rotor, this paper calculates the complex coupling effects of electromagnetic force and the mentioned force by three-dimensional finite-element analyzing, gets more accurate result of 3D stress distribution of the rotor under the electromagnetic-structural coupling effects, brings new ideas for analyzing the PM motor, provides more scientific, effective methods and references for PM motor´s further structural analysis.
