Abstract :
This paper mainly focuses on analyzing the safety and economy issues when the cogeneration power generator is running under minimum operation mode to coordinate with the peak regulation. Afterwards, this paper proposed an amendatory scheme based on the generation rights trading, built a mathematic model of the generation rights trading for cogeneration power generators, designed the solution scheme for this model, which is calculated and verified by introducing a case. The new method solves the issues of safety and economy that are caused by the cogeneration units running with low load under the ideal operation mode distribution scheme in cogeneration power plant.
