Abstract :
A new plasma monopole antenna is proposed in this paper. The cylindrical plasma antenna is fed by a metal ring. The impedance characteristics and radiation characteristics of the plasma antenna are calculated and analyzed. According to actual situation, a cylindrical plasma monopole antenna is designed and measured. The measurement results are similar to the calculation results.
